Q: How does Imagine My Pet work?
A: Choose an art style, pick the product you want it printed on, upload your pet’s photo, and add any details (like the pet’s name) during checkout.

Q: What kind of photo should I upload?
A: Use a clear, well-lit JPG or PNG taken at your pet’s eye level that shows the entire head, neck, and shoulders. Sharp, focused images give the best results.

Q: Will the portrait look exactly like my pet?
A: Yes—your pet’s markings and features are faithfully reproduced. For very complex coats (Merle, Dalmatian, intricate spots), minor variations may appear, but they won’t affect the overall likeness.

Q: How long until my order ships?
A: Every item is printed to order and usually ships within three business days.

• Q:  Can I use a phone photo?  
  A:  Yes – any modern smartphone works if it’s bright and your pet fills most of the frame.
• Q:  Is indoor or outdoor better?  
  A:  Either – indoors by a window or outdoors in open shade both give soft, flattering light.
• Q:  How close should I get?  
  A:  About 2–4 feet – tap to focus on the eyes and keep the top of the head and ears in the shot.
• Q:  Portrait or landscape orientation?  
  A:  Both work – match your frame or product shape for best results.
• Q:  Best resolution? 
  A:  Use your phone’s highest-quality setting; avoid compressed screenshots.
